Camaro SS 396 dual snorkel air cleaner 2 Replies

Hi, I found a 1972 Camaro SS 396 air cleaner. It is a dual snorkel version with two AC thermactor doors, and chrome lid. It is in good used condition. The lid has very light rust pitting and one dent. The base is complete and has no rust spots. Someone did plug up a factory cut out with some kind of gum. I'm sure it can be removed. I want to know what one of these are worth? I never see them on ebay or craigslist. The paper label said CU for engine code.Continue

big block in a 1969 nova?

i've got a 40 over 454 with 049 heads and a rec cam , i'm putting it in a 1969 nova is there any thing i have to do different than it already is, like motor mounts or clearance issues that i should know of? it has a 305 in it now.Continue

1987 Mustang Gt value?

I would like an honest opinion from someone with knowledge of Mustangs.  I have a 1987 Mustang GT hatchback in Black with grey interior and a 5 speed that I am considering selling, but do not know the value.  I purchased the car from a friend of mine who recieved it as a H.S. graduation gift in 1987.  The car has less than 50k miles on it.  There are some rock chips on the front of the car that have been touched up nicely, but other than that the car is in immaculate shape.  EVERTHING on the…Continue
